The dramatic change in lifestyle and resulting experiences can be overwhelming, leaving us afraid, discouraged, and lonely. How can we best help ourselves and others to navigate the lockdown and Coronavirus threat? There are many mental health and wellbeing top tips available on-line, yet still, it requires a person to experience an insight from within to change or to feel better. It took me 50 years seeking, out there in the world of education, career, sports and relationships to figure out that, my good feelings are not out there in any of those things, it’s inside!
